Technology
The systems behind every delivery: a buyer platform, remote monitoring, and verification built into the supply chain.

Our technology serves one purpose: making supply verifiable and predictable. Some of it is buyer-facing. Most of it runs quietly behind every delivery, in sourcing, quality control, monitoring, and logistics.
Built by operators, for operations.
Fuel procurement in our market still runs on calls and informal confirmations. That works until volume grows, or an account needs an audit trail. We build the systems we wished our clients had when we advised across supply and distribution: plain records, live status, and documentation that follows the product.
Everything below exists in service of the same promise on our front page: critical supply for critical operations.
One view of every order, delivery, and document.
The Capsrow Portal connects buyers and suppliers on a single platform: order status, live tank levels, delivery tracking, and chain-of-custody documentation available on demand rather than on request. It replaces phone calls and informal confirmations with a record the buyer can rely on and audit.
Zero dry-tank, measured, not promised.
Tank-level telemetry at client sites feeds consumption data directly into our supply scheduling. Levels are monitored remotely, replenishment is triggered before thresholds are reached, and buyers stop spending their day checking gauges. It is how a supply guarantee becomes an operating system rather than a clause in a contract.
Intelligence where it compounds reliability.
We apply AI where it makes supply more dependable: forecasting consumption against seasonal and operational patterns, optimising delivery routing for last-mile sites, and checking documentation for completeness before dispatch. Never as a substitute for physical verification, always in service of it.
A documented trail from source to delivery.
Every consignment carries refinery batch references, terminal loading records, and certificates of quality, captured and retained systematically. Product origin is verifiable rather than asserted, and the complete paper trail is available for every delivery, for every account.
Common questions about our systems.
Yes. The Portal is live for supply accounts: order status, live tank levels, delivery tracking, and chain-of-custody documents in one place. Buyers are onboarded when their account is set up.
Tank-level sensors installed at your site report consumption remotely. Supply is scheduled against real usage and replenished before levels reach agreed thresholds, so operations never chase fuel.
Yes. Proof of delivery, certificates of quality, and chain-of-custody records are self-serve in the Portal for every consignment, and available on request for accounts that prefer it.
